Responsibilities include carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. You will diagnose issues on-site, maintain safe, organized job sites, and communicate professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional.
• Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ownership of professional-grade tools for a variety of jobs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely at heights or overhead.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
