You will build strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service and maintaining our standards of respect and integrity. The role requires a strong background in skilled trades, ownership of your own tools, and proficiency with tablet-based technology.

Qualifications

• 10 years of skilled tradesman experience in home maintenance and remodeling.
• Strong carpentry background with ability to complete repairs and remodels.
• Proficient with tablet-based technology and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Complete small to medium repairs and remodeling projects.
• Communicate scope and cost estimates with customers.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain stock.
• Collect payment information for work performed.
• Keep vehicle and equipment serviced and clean.
• Complete invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.
