Valley Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a skilled carpenter with at least 3 years of hands-on residential construction experience. This role focuses on framing, building decks, porches, and exterior upgrades, with emphasis on safe, high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a crew, and comfortable performing a variety of exterior carpentry tasks to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Skilled Carpenter.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites; company truck provided during work hours.
• Must provide own hand tools (truck and trailer provided).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing for residential construction and exterior projects.
• Build and repair decks, porches, and other outdoor structures.
• Complete exterior home improvement projects including siding, trim, and general carpentry.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Safely operate tools and equipment provided by the company.
