Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with heights and working over water.
• A General Contractor's license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim.
• Framing docks and elevated decks with precision.
• Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.
• Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions.
• Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday through Friday, some Saturday work, with potential for overtime based on project needs and weather
