New Leaf Construction is seeking a skilled carpenter for high-end residential remodeling and custom interiors. You will deliver customized carpentry across the Lake Geneva area, own site execution, and mentor crew members in a supportive, team-first culture.

You will turn architectural plans into top-tier craftsmanship, collaborate with project managers to manage materials, workflows, and timelines, and help ensure client satisfaction through meticulous workmanship and safety.

You will serve as a field carpenter delivering customized, high-end residential carpentry and interior remodeling projects across the Lake Geneva area. This role empowers you to take ownership of site execution while actively mentoring fellow crew members in a supportive, team-first culture.
