What You'll Be Doing
- Installing cabinetry, doors, trim, crown, millwork, hardware, and custom finish details
- Performing high-level finish carpentry in occupied homes
- Reading plans and executing work accurately
- Working alongside Project Managers, Designers, and skilled trades
- Helping maintain organized, clean, professional jobsites
- Solving problems in the field and communicating proactively
- Contributing to projects that homeowners genuinely get excited about

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential finish carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Experience with trim, doors, cabinetry, crown, and millwork installation
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic hand and battery tools
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Leadership or foreman experience
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Knowledge of remodeling beyond just finish carpentry
$35-$55/hour
Pay depends on experience, leadership ability, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
