Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• More than two years of related experience required.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Georgia driver's license for the vehicle/equipment operated.

Responsibilities

• Performs building maintenance duties (70%).
• Repairs doors, hardware, locks, and carpentry tasks.
• Repairs roofs, ceilings, floors, and paints surfaces.
• Operates a variety of hand and power tools and equipment.
• Assists with event setup and supports other departments as needed.
