Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair structural woodwork from blueprints.
• Build/install counters, cabinets, doors, floors, and trim.
• Paint walls and woodwork; install flooring and tile as needed.
• Assist in operation/maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks and keep relevant records.
