Responsibilities

Maintain punctuality, dependability, and professionalism at all times.
Follow all Sanford Contractors safety policies and procedures and work safely.
Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor with high quality and efficiency.
Tie reinforcing steel using a tie twister and assist with pile-driving operations as assigned.
Safely and effectively use hand tools and basic power tools for bridge construction.
Lead less experienced bridgeworkers and serve as a positive role model.
