Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a skilled Bridge and Structural Carpenter to join our growing team. This role constructs, erects, and repairs forms and structures for bridges, footings, slabs, walls, and decks in heavy civil projects.

You will work with blueprints, lay out concrete elements, tie rebar, and operate tools. The job requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following directions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of bridge/structural construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience laying out concrete forms and tying rebar.
• Knowledge of safety protocols including fall protection.
• Able to travel to project sites as needed.
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Construct and dismantle concrete forms for bridges and walls.
• Prepare construction layouts and follow supervisor instructions.
• Set and tie steel rebar; load/unload materials.
• Operate power tools and equipment; maintain job site safety.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders; manage debris and hazards.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
