Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Body Shop Technician for our Collision Center of Dayton location in Centerville, OH. The role offers competitive wages, a busy shop, and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will diagnose, repair, and document body repairs, coordinate with the parts department, and maintain a clean, safe working area in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, weekly pay, and PTO, with an hourly rate of $24.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past experience required.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed.
• Document all materials used.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste.
