Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Body Shop Technician for our Collision Center of Dayton to join a busy shop environment with competitive wages and growth opportunities. You will determine and repair damaged parts, document repairs and materials, and coordinate with the parts department while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

A high school diploma or equivalent and prior body shop experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past experience required.
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

The President’s Club is an exclusive club for our most elite technicians. The criteria are based on both flag hours and clock hours. Any technician that clocks at least 1900 hours and flags at least 2000 hours within a calendar year is eligible.
