Job summary

American Colloid Company (ACC), a Minerals Technologies company, is seeking an Operator in Neenah, WI. The role covers unloading railcars, operating blending processes, and supporting production with a strong safety focus.

The position trains on 1st shift and then moves to 3rd shift, with opportunities to contribute to 5S housekeeping, inventory controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience.

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload 100-ton railcars of raw materials on designated rail tracks.
• Operate mobile equipment (Trackmobile, Forklift, Front-end loader, Skid steer).
• Transfer raw materials into storage tanks and monitor inventories.
• Lead blending activities to meet customer specifications and manage WIP to finished product storage.
• Coordinate with dispatch and transportation carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Perform housekeeping, 5S and routine inspections; support maintenance as needed.
