Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is a global, technology-driven minerals company seeking an Operator to support unloading and blending operations at Neenah, WI. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork with training on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.

You will unload railcars, operate heavy equipment, and ensure accurate product formulations while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and collaborating with dispatch for shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing machine operation experience.
• Strong commitment to safety for yourself and others.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload 100-ton railcars of raw materials on designated rail tracks.
• Operate Trackmobile, forklift, front-end loader, and skid steer.
• Transfer raw materials into storage tanks and monitor inventories.
• Maintain railcar tracking and production metrics.
• Assist with railcar switching and 5S housekeeping.
• Lead blending operations following customer specs and manage WIP to finished product storage.
• Add additives and produce Additrol bonded products meeting specs.
• Coordinate with dispatch for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support maintenance and perform housekeeping.
• Carry out Leader Standard Work and inspections.
