Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bar environment in El Paso, TX. You will craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, verify IDs, and ensure responsible service while maintaining a clean, organized bar.

You will work with servers and kitchen staff to provide timely service, handle payments via POS, and complete opening/closing tasks. Prior bartending experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Current TABC Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide outstanding service.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Take food and beverage orders from bar guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and garnishes.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
