Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver friendly, prompt service to members and guests. You will follow beverage recipes, process orders at the POS, and maintain a clean, safe bar area.

Must be 21+, BASSET certified, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. This role offers tipping potential and benefits through the club, plus opportunities to promote memberships and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of bartending experience.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to understand and convey information clearly to members and coworkers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must possess a service orientation and help others.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, safe bar environment for members, guests and coworkers.
• Clean and disinfect bar components; support club promotions and customer service excellence.
• Follow beverage recipes and knowledge of prices; serve beverages promptly.
• Set up and break down bar; stock and restock per par specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar and service areas; manage glassware and equipment.
• Charge guests, enter orders into POS system, collect payments, and handle change.
• Provide beverage menu information to guests, and begin work at scheduled times.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards; perform other duties as assigned.
