Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Bartender (PBR) for Bossier City to prepare beverages with quality and flair, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. The role involves bar setup, cash handling, and accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year beverage experience, knowledge of bar equipment and ABC/gaming regulations, and the ability to work standing for long periods while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in beverage field.
• Must be able to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.

Responsibilities

• Setting up bars.
• Handling all cash transactions.
• Opening and closing inventories of all stock.
• Take orders from guests and return these orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Knowledge of guests limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Other duties as assigned.
