Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain Alcoholic Beverage Control card and health certificates.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing and serving drinks per specifications.
• Guide guests through menu and offerings.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, attentive service.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Open/close inventories of stock.
• Know and follow company policies on guest limitations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
