Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a Bartender (PBR) to professionally prepare beverages, handle cash, and provide guests with an exceptional experience in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will set up bars, manage inventories, take guest orders, ensure compliance with ABC and gaming laws, and maintain clean, organized work areas while delivering quality service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of beverage field experience.
• Must be able to obtain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable regulatory entity.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars.
• Handle all cash transactions.
• Perform opening and closing inventories of stock.
• Take orders from guests and return accurately and promptly.
• Keep bar area clean and orderly.
• Know guests' limitations and company policy regarding limitations.
• Other duties as assigned.
