Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive painting/refinishing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Experience with color matching and blending.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a busy collision repair environment.
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing.
• Sand, mask, prime, seal, and prep vehicles for paint.
• Mix and match automotive paint colors accurately.
• Perform color tinting and blending when needed.
• Apply basecoat and clearcoat.
• Inspect finished repairs for color match, coverage, texture, and overall quality.
• Correct paint imperfections when necessary.
• Properly maintain spray guns, equipment, and paint supplies.
• Keep the paint department clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Work efficiently with the body technicians and production team.
