Responsibilities

• Perform collision damage repairs and structural repairs.
• Remove, replace, and repair damaged body panels and components.
• Perform bodywork, including straightening, sanding, filling, and preparation.
• Repair and replace bumpers, fenders, doors, hoods, and other body components.
• Properly prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing.
• Mix and match automotive paint.
• Perform color matching, blending, basecoat, and clearcoat application.
• Inspect completed repairs for quality and proper finish.
• Identify and correct imperfections before vehicles are completed.
• Work with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety guidelines.
