Job summary

Graham Manufacturing is seeking an Assembly Technician to read blueprints and perform assembly, disassembly, repairs, and adjustments on a variety of units and attachments. You will follow written and verbal instructions from the Production Supervisor, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires prior assembly experience and the ability to operate selected equipment, with overtime as needed. A welding-tech schooling background and GED are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assembly experience.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, repair and adjust units, attachments, components and accessories based on blueprints and specs.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed and ensure safe handling of parts.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from Production Supervisor or designate.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Assist welders and other department staff as required.
