This position runs 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, requiring standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Use precision measurement devices to verify part tolerances.
• Adhere to PPE, 6S and safety protocols at all times.
• Work effectively in a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products per specifications.
• Read blueprints and prepare components for pre-assembly.
• Assemble stators and rotors per work orders.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools.
• Operate pallet jack and keep work area safe and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols; keep areas 6S compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
