Kalkaska Memorial Health Center is seeking an experienced Skilled & Acute Therapy Team Lead/Coordinator to oversee inpatient rehabilitation services across hospital and skilled nursing settings. You will lead Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes working as a hands-on leader, coordinating schedules, budgets, and quality measures while fostering a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current Michigan license, or eligible for Michigan licensure.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with patients, families, providers, and staff.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the therapy team.
• Help oversee daily operations of skilled and acute therapy services.

Kalkaska Memorial Health Center is seeking an experienced Skilled & Acute Therapy Team Lead/Coordinator to oversee our inpatient rehabilitation services. This role provides leadership for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services for patients receiving care in our hospital and skilled nursing settings.

Requirements

Required
