Job summary

Larson Design Group in Groton, CT, is seeking a SkillBridge Project Manager Intern to support multidisciplinary federal, state and local projects within master planning, programming, landscape architecture, and GIS services.

You will work alongside planners, landscape architects, and GIS professionals to apply PMI-aligned practices on real-world AEC initiatives, preparing transitioning service members for civilian project management careers.

Qualifications

• Active-duty U.S. service member eligible for SkillBridge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Must meet SkillBridge requirements and obtain command approval.

Responsibilities

• Supports all project lifecycle phases from planning to closeout.
• Coordinates activities across planning, landscape architecture, and GIS.
• Assists with scopes, schedules, and budgets tracking.
• Supports cost forecasting and earned value management.
• Prepares status updates and reports for internal and government clients.
• Maintains project documentation per company and federal standards.
