Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier I/II support for internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Support IT asset inventory and documentation management.
• Help administer Active Directory, Office 365, and security protocols.
• Contribute to IT and cybersecurity projects and audits.
