SimVentions, Inc. seeks a SkillBridge Intern with a STEM background to collaborate with experienced professionals and gain hands-on civilian experience while transitioning from active duty service.

The program runs during the last 180 days of service and continues salary and benefits through the DoD pipeline. Ideal candidates are active duty service members with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to civilian career paths in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the completion of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input and suggestions based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
