Responsibilities

This role is within M.C. Dean’s Critical Infrastructure Solutions division in Charleston, SC, supporting various contracts. The position provides hands‑on exposure to project management in electrical contracting, with experience in both the pre‑construction and construction phases of projects.

Pre‑Construction Phase

• Learn how to read drawings
• Review and manage electrical designs
• Perform takeoffs
• Quote subcontractors and material
• Prepare complete estimates
• Develop proposals

Construction Phase

• Submittals
• RFIs
• Scheduling
• Financial analysis (including budgeting and forecasting)
• Resource management

Qualifications

• Must be an active duty service member who is approaching or within his/her 180‑day window of separation from the military
• HS Diploma or GED
