Upon completion, there is potential for full-time placements. The program emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and meaningful contributions within a supportive veteran-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Program designed for transitioning service members.
• In partnership with the DoW SkillBridge program, supports full-time placement after program.
• Exposure to multiple departments across the business.

Responsibilities

• Participate across departments (Revenue, Operations, Craftsman Academy).
• Work with Pathways team to ensure successful program progression.
• Assist in creating a 5-star homeowner experience by applying learning across deployments.
