The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing team involved in assembling microelectronic components, requiring sitting and standing for prolonged periods, with a focus on hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manual assembly, soldering, operating semi-automated and automated equipment, ovens, and microscopes.
  • Following detailed work instructions via Factory Operating System (FOS).
  • Creating nonconformances and performing rework as needed.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with less than 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in microelectronics manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or defense.
  • Soldering experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desired.
  • Microelectronic assembly experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong safety focus.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, read engineering drawings, and interpret standards.
  • Effective communication, multitasking, and flexibility.
  • Repetitive task performance and in-process inspection skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills, time management.
Eligibility:
  • Military service members from Army, USMC, Navy, Air Force are encouraged to apply.
  • Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility criteria, including honorable discharge, completion of TAP, and command approval.
