The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components. Duties involve sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time and require hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
Individual will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.
What You Will Do
Manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, and using a microscope to perform and inspect work
Follow detailed written work instructions from a computer, using our Factory Operating System (FOS),
Create nonconformances in FOS
Perform rework
Qualifications You Must Have
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience working in a microelectronics manufacturing environment; preferably in the aerospace or defense industry sector.
Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desired
Microelectronic assembly experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

A successful candidate would be able to accomplish daily work tasks with a minimum of supervision.
Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail
The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work as needed.
Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and to perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
Effective time management skills are a must.
