Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring the building and site are in excellent repair and working order. You will prioritize work orders, maintain life safety compliance, and support survey readiness in a healthcare environment.

The role requires hands-on skills in drywall, taping, painting, and power tools, with additional consideration for NFPA knowledge and general building systems maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, taping, painting, and proficient with the use of power tools.
• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance is a plus.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
