Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead and execute comprehensive facility maintenance across our care environment. The role emphasizes reliability of mechanical systems, safety compliance, and readiness for surveys while guiding a maintenance team.

The position requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep, with a focus on top-tier service and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• NFPA knowledge preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have
