Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston, TX seeks a Pressure Test Technician with hands-on experience in production and testing of skid-mounted gas and process units. You will follow safety procedures, prepare testing equipment, and report leaks or defects.

Responsibilities include setting up tests, installing blinds, gaskets, studs, recording results, and ensuring cleanliness. Requires ability to read P&IDs and operate basic hand and pneumatic tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• 1–5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience with pressure testing, oil flushing, and vacuuming different systems.
• Read and understand P&ID’s.
• Threaded piping and threading machine.
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Represent Enerflex professionally and align with core values.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Set up pallets of testing equipment for pressure testing completed units.
• Install blinds, gaskets, studs and pipe fittings on connections.
• Test units at specified pressures and report leaks or defects.
• Repair leaks within scope of work and monitor gauges.
• Record test results and clean up after each job/day.
• Perform daily 5S responsibilities.
