Job summary

Hourly pay ranges from $28 to $31, plus a $100 per working day per diem. The assignment is expected to last about two months and reports to the Project Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a skid steer (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Skid steer or other heavy equipment operator certifications/licenses are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a skid steer to perform material handling, grading, loading, and related tasks.
• Conduct daily pre-use equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a crew and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skid Steer Operator to support our operations in the Midland / West Texas area. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately two months. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of operating a skid steer efficiently in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a skid steer to perform material handling, grading, loading, and related tasks
• Conduct daily pre-use equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs

Requirements
