Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Safety‑minded Skid Steer Loader Operator to join our tire recycling operations. You will perform material movement, load handling, and routine machine maintenance while adhering to SOPs and safety protocols.

This role requires in‑person work, willingness to work rotating shifts, and a team‑oriented attitude. Prior equipment experience and a high school diploma are preferred; benefits include 401(k), health and dental coverage, and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to operate skid steer and forklift safely and efficiently.
• Prior experience in tire recycling or heavy equipment handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and assist with loading/unloading of materials.
• Perform daily pre-checks and per-SOP maintenance notes.
• Maintain tire counts and manage conveyor belt/production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
