Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a dependable Skid Steer Operator to safely operate the skid steer loader and perform material handling tasks using various attachments. You will grease and fuel equipment, complete daily safety checks, monitor tire inventory, and assist with loading/unloading trailers while maintaining production pace and quality.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in hot, cold, wet conditions on a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics extras are a plus.
• Experience operating skid steer loaders preferred.
• Ability to work in hot/cold/dirty conditions.
• Reliable and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Grease and fuel equipment prior to use
• Complete precheck notes per SOP
• Maintain tires on conveyor belt and unload trailers
• Operate Rim Crusher when needed
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE
• Record shift communications
• Safety and maintenance checks daily
