Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Skid Steer Operator for Fort Worth, TX. The role covers daily operation of the skid steer, material handling, and routine maintenance checks.

You will follow a two-week schedule alternating week patterns, work in a hands-on environment, and support core tire recycling processes with attention to safety and efficiency. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain qualifications are a plus.
• Experience operating skid steer or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer loader safely to move materials and load/unload.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Support tire recycling operations and conveyor tasks as needed.
• Follow shift procedures and communicate via chat per SOP.
• Maintain tire inventory counts and assist with housekeeping.
