Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and necessary licenses/certifications for heavy equipment where applicable.
• 1–2 years of demonstrable skid steer experience.
• At least 1 year of asphalt-focused skid steer work with buckets, milling equipment, and brooms.
• Experience with asphalt skid steer operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a skid steer loader on commercial, DOT, and residential projects.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the skid steer.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
• Support with additional tasks and equipment as needed on site.
