Job description

Position

We’re looking for a Skid Steer / Boom Operator for the upcoming 2026 season responsible for operating several types of paving equipment, including asphalt rollers, in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• 3-5 years of previous work experience in asphalt skid steer / boom operation.
• CDL required; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member; union membership not required prior to employment.
