Job summary

Walbec Group seeks an Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the 2026 season to operate asphalt rollers and related paving equipment on Midwest projects. The role requires safe operation, punctuality, and the ability to handle varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of asphalt rolling experience, a valid driver's license, and a preference for a CDL. High school diploma or GED is preferred; union membership is encouraged. Equal opportunity employer.

The Position

We're looking for an Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the upcoming 2026 season responsible for operating several types of paving equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, asphalt rollers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
