Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the 2026 season to operate several paving machines, including asphalt rollers, safely and efficiently on commercial and industrial sites.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of asphalt rolling experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied hours. CDL is a plus but not required; High School diploma or GED preferred. Union membership is encouraged and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt rolling operation.
• A CDL is desired but not necessary.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate several types of paving equipment in a safe and efficient manner, including asphalt rollers.
• Assist in the execution of paving projects during the 2026 season.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards on commercial and industrial sites.

We’re looking for an Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the upcoming 2026 season responsible for operating several types of paving equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, asphalt rollers.
