National Salvage & Service Corporation is seeking a Skid Loader (Bundler) Operator in Birmingham, AL. This hands-on position requires operating a bobcat‑tracked skid steer, sorting materials, and performing basic mechanical tasks in an outdoor shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of skid loader experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the stamina to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience operating a skid loader.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform outdoor work in all weather.
• Stand, walk, bend and move on uneven terrain throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Sort, grade and stack ties at the fuel yard.
• Operate a bobcat‑tracked skid steer and transport equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks with accuracy and safety.
• Work independently with discipline in a fast-paced shop.
