Job summary

Ski Butlers in Aspen is seeking a Ski Technician for rental delivery, on-mountain support, and pickup at the end of each rental period. You will deliver equipment to guests, provide a personalized fitting experience, and help maintain equipment across shifts in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Starting 12/05/2026 through 04/02/2027, the role offers $18/hour base wage plus tips and flexible winter scheduling including weekends and holidays. Subsidized housing is available for select applicants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rental equipment to guests' accommodations with a personalized fitting experience.
• Provide on-mountain support for equipment changes.
• Pickup equipment from guests' accommodations at end of rental period and return to shop for sanitation and restock.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and delivery vehicles.
• Meet and exceed brand standards: on-time service, clear communication, and appropriate equipment selection.
• Assist with setting up the next shift and preparing for future team members.

Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities

• Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
• Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
• Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
• On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
• Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their rental period.
• Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
• Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: KCR #1: On Time – Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2: Communication – Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3: Equipment – Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles.
• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
