Job summary

Ski Butlers is seeking a Seasonal Ski Technician – Rental Delivery in Big Sky, MT. Base wage is $18/hour with generous tips. Projected start is December 7, 2026 through March.

Weekend and holiday work is required; no prior experience is necessary, and work is on-site in the resort community. You will deliver rentals to guest accommodations, provide on-mountain support, and assist with equipment upkeep and returns, while helping the team deliver a great guest experience in a fun, mountain

Responsibilities

• Delivery of ski/snowboard rental fittings with emphasis on punctuality, clear communication, and guest needs.
• Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
• Pickup, sanitize, resticker, and tune returned equipment for the next guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of delivery vehicles.
• Pack orders for future deliveries.
• Set up the next shift to ensure team success.
• Basic tuning and maintenance of equipment.

At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: KCR #1: On Time – Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time KCR #2: Communication – Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service KCR #3: Equipment – Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
• Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
