Job summary

Explore Brainerd Lakes is seeking a ski instructor for Mount Ski Gull in Minnesota. The role is seasonal or part-time and can combine with other positions, with weekend and holiday availability required.

You will instruct group and private lessons across ability levels, while prioritizing safety and guest enjoyment. Pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour DOE and includes a season pass and equipment rentals if lesson thresholds are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age or older.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Comfortable skiing/snowboarding on all Mount Ski Gull runs.

Responsibilities

• Instructs group and private lessons of varying ability levels, as assigned.
• Greets and assists guests in a friendly, helpful, respectful manner.
• Fills out lesson reports for each lesson given.
• Maintains safety and skier/snowboarder responsibility as top priority while skiing/riding and teaching.
