Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is seeking a winter-season snowboard instructor to teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering exceptional service in a safe, fun environment.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with potential for higher incentives based on teaching performance. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to work weekends/holidays; housing is available and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon training and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children.
• Deliver world-class guest service.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning and equipment fitment.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong snowboarders.
