Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners, based at the Agassiz Pro Shop in Arizona Snowbowl, Flagstaff, seeks a Seasonal Retail Hardgoods Expert.

You will deliver best-in-class service, develop expert knowledge of ski and snowboard hardgoods, assist guests with equipment selection and rental setup, and help manage the on-mountain demo program. The role also includes maintaining a guest-ready shop, guiding guests on terrain and services, and supporting tickets and season passes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming, knowledgeable presence.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of ski and snowboard hardgoods brands and models.
• Assist guests in selecting equipment and setting up rentals for the demo program.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and guest-ready displays at all times.
• Guide guests on terrain, conditions, and resort services to enhance their visit.
• Assist with selling tickets and printing season passes as needed.
