Palisades Tahoe is seeking a supervisor for the Snowsports School during the seasonal period. The role supports a team of 85-160 employees under supervision, including interviewing, hiring and training, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have PSIA/AASI certifications, teaching ability, and experience leading teams in a high-demand environment. Benefits include ski privileges, healthcare options, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI certifications or equivalent teaching credentials.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills across skill levels.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team under high-activity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in supervising a team of 15-30 employees, interviewing, hiring and training.
• Oversee daily operations including guest check-in, scheduling, and class assignments.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate adult school programs and instructor training; lead quality direction.
