Red River Ski Area Inc is seeking an Adult Ski School Supervisor to oversee the adult group and private lessons within the Ski & Snowboard School. You will supervise instructors, coordinate curricula, and liaise with clients, parents, coaches, and management.

Requirements include PSIA Level I or equivalent, ability to ski at an advanced level, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role may require weekend and holiday work and outside weather conditions.

• Input and assign private lessons.
• Input coaches’ daily time sheets.

As the Adult Ski School Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in working with the Ski & Snowboard School Director, co-supervisors, other departmental managers, and a team of 50+ Instructors. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the adult group and private lessons offered by the Red River Ski and Snowboard School. This role assigns and monitors coaches who teach snow sports to guests using the PSIA and Red River Teaching Models. The ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm, motivation, and excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between clients, parents, coaches, and management.
